Our Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.
Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any footwear marked as “Easy Clean” or “Culinary Shoes” due to hygiene reasons. These products are designed for specific professional environments, and once they leave our warehouse, we cannot resell them.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or status of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we approve the return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Once we process your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
