Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our professional footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any footwear marked as “Easy Clean” or “Culinary Shoes”. These products are designed for specific professional environments where hygiene is paramount, and once they leave our warehouse, we cannot resell them.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item(s) and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible until it reaches our returns center.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval status of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Once we process your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
